Shipping policy

We provide 2 delivery options for our customers as follows:

1. Pick up by the customer from one of our 3 order pick up points

• VAMA Shop Molos, Christodoulou Chatzipavlou, Hawaii Royal Gardens, Shop No. 6, Limassol, Cyprus 3036 
• VAMA Warehouse, Ephtakomis 7, Dali Industrial Estate, 2540 Nicosia, Cyprus

This option is offered for FREE.
The customer will chose his/her preferred pick up location upon order confirmation and will be informed when the goods are ready, to collect by presentation of the order document.
Delivery time for this service is expected to be between 2-3 working days.

2. Delivery to the customer location via a partner courier service.

The cost for this service depends on the weight of the entire order and will be calculated upon completion of the order.
Under this service the customer will be provided with a tracking number and will be able to follow up the order until final delivery.
Delivery time for this service is expected to be between 3-4 working days that might be slightly extended for deliveries to villages and remote areas.

For transparency purposes here below are the shipping rates for this service:

Since the cost of this service is based on order weight, we recommend to our customers to monitor the total weight of their order that is shown at the bottom of their shopping basket and add/remove items accordingly in order to fully utilize the weight charging threshholds.
